These Terms govern your use of BrandReceipts (the "Service"), provided by Serial Marketer LLC, doing business as High Caliber AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
BrandReceipts audits how generative AI models describe your brand, captures citations, and produces reports. You must be of legal age (or have authority to bind your organization) to use the Service.
You will not: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to commit fraud or spam; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to disrupt the Service via malware, probing, or scraping; (d) audit brands you have no legitimate interest in monitoring.
The Service surfaces outputs generated by third-party AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them and for how you use them. The Service is not a substitute for legal, financial, or professional advice. We may filter or restrict content and suspend accounts that misuse outputs.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your active plan. You must not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose).
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where excluded by law.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's principal place of business; disputes will be brought in courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
