We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on BrandReceipts subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
• Email us at david@highcaliberai.com and we'll work with Paddle to process it.

What's covered

The 30-day guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase. After 30 days, you may cancel at any time from the billing portal — your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again.

Renewals

Renewal charges are not automatically refundable, but if there was a billing error or you cancelled but were charged anyway, contact us and we'll resolve it.
