BrandReceipts is provided by Serial Marketer LLC, doing business as High Caliber AI ("we", "us"). Serial Marketer LLC acts as the data controller for personal data we collect through the Service.

What we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, login credentials) — to create and secure your account.
• Brand & project data you submit (brand names, domains, topics, competitors) — to run audits.
• Usage & telemetry (pages visited, audits run, errors) — to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Device & log data (IP address, browser, device identifiers) — for security and fraud prevention.
• Support communications — to respond to your questions.

Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you (account, audits, billing), under our legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention), to comply with legal obligations, and based on your consent where required (e.g. marketing communications, non-essential cookies).

Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, AI model providers, analytics, error monitoring, email delivery.
• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing. See Paddle's privacy notice.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting.
• Authorities — where required by law.

International transfers

Some processors are located outside your country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to safeguard transfers.

Retention

We retain account and audit data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. We delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We respond within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege).

Cookies

We use essential cookies to authenticate you and remember settings. We may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage preferences in your browser.

Network identity

We use a first-party identity layer (hcai_vid) to recognize returning visitors across the High Caliber AI network of owned properties. No third-party trackers.
